- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is a nice location but the building is very old and the maintenance can not keep up with the poor construction. Noise, leaks, smells are among the most common issues. Unit turnover is really high -- in fact they seem to be renting units from 2016 so that should tell you something about how desirable living in this building is.By RA DE, January 20, 2018
