- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The place needs to be looked at from city code. It smells, tons of maintenance problems and the worst part -- the management doesn't disclose that information to tenants. Once you are locked into a lease, it is too late. They have 10 openings from last year so that should be a good indication of how desirable this place is for others! If you have a spare year of your life to waste on this so called "prestigious" living, then go ahead and spend it here. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is a nice location but the building is very old and the maintenance can not keep up with the poor construction. Noise, leaks, smells are among the most common issues. Unit turnover is really high -- in fact they seem to be renting units from 2016 so that should tell you something about how desirable living in this building is.By RA DE, January 01, 2018
