  Never ever look for house in Bronson America Landlord regards tenants as money donator. I really suffered his money-based mind system. Of course I have to pay him what I get. But what did I get with paying expensive monthly rents? It is your choice whether believe me or not. But I'm only telling how I experienced hell during living in Bronson's apartment. I don't want no more victims. 1.Do not buy anything from him also. Most of things that he sell were totally old and hard to calculate its price. You'll hear tons of 'It's brand new!' from him but the reality is not brand new. But you'll notice he is trying to earn some cash instead of morality. 2.Utilities of building were beyond sucks. Wifi? I have no idea how that landlord calls his poor wifi as fine wifi. Downloading something is almost impossible. Youtube? you better give up. Acclaimed tons of times about wifi and he said that no one claimed about wifi. Guess what Dave? my neighborhood right next door told me they had same problems with me and you never listen. Nobody says anything about wifi? It reveals that you lied to me. Eventually, they are paying their extra money for wifi service. Heat? Felt that I'm staying in damn igloo. Igloo might be more warmer than Bronson America's houses. Another individual heater is strongly required which billed me pleasure extra fees more than $120 at winter which weren't unnecessary if heat supply was good. You'll experience Antarctic in Binghamton. Water supply was the only thing worked well. Guess what people? Landlord raised $25 more on rents and whined and justified due to the raise of utility cost. He did not deserve the raise. I put strong proclaims to my school adviser to remove this poor apartments from housing list. I'm not sure they moved it or not, I recommend you not even get close to this apartments especially if you are student. I saw several people who were looking for empty houses, but I truely wanted to say "Run" Still looking for apartment? never ever contact to Dave Bronson unless you want to donate few thousand dollars to him. P.S. To. Dave While I saw your comments at the Yahoo Local, It seems your terrible attitudes of self-justifying with ridiculous reasons are still continuous. One thing I want to tell you is that you and your business reputation is already lost trust and crashed bottom in Binghamton. You said that it was good to have business with me in past. For my perspective, I felt that you didn't do business but only extortion. I bet you wonder who I am. Please don't waste time to find me and look back about yourself. I also don't have to write a review with 2599 letters. But I truly hope what you are missing right now.
